Use our questionnaire to tell us about yourself and your brand. Share key details of your project such as deadline, budget, concept, and usage.

DISCOVERY: Virtual meeting

We begin with a 60-minute deep-dive into your project to fully understand your creative needs and goals. From here, we gain insight on how to best serve you and collaborate in an authentic way that is ultimately aligned to your brand or business. Following our discovery session, we’ll send over a proposal outline and cost estimate.

THE PROPOSAL

With an approved estimate, we’ll meet virtually again to cross the T’s and dot the I’s together to ensure expectations are defined. We’ll finalize key details of the scope of work, including deliverables, timeline, payment breakdown, and usage. We require a 50 percent deposit to secure the project on studio schedule.

MOOD BOARD

Curating a mood board ensures our collaboration remains aligned to your overall vision. To get things started, your homework is to collect visual inspiration and references for the project. We’ll use this as our compass as we enter the development stage. Then, we present you with a complete creative treatment for approval before production.

CREATION + PRODUCTION

This is where we plan, produce, and execute your content creation. We will be in constant communication throughout the production process. This phase is tailored to each client and project type. To see our full list of offerings, view our Services page.

DELIVERY

Following a proofing cycle and final approval, your project is delivered and ready for use or release. Sticking to studio traditions, it’s time for a music sesh, tacos, and a mezcal mule with extra lime (optional).
